· When a decision has been made to adopt a kitten, after understanding the conditions below and approval of ATopCat Cattery, a $200.00 Non-refundable deposit can be made to reserve the kitten of your choice. The $200.00 deposit is Non-refundable but may be transferred to another available kitten should there be a need to do so.
· PLEASE REMEMBER-All kittens are considered available until a deposit is placed for your chosen kitten. A deposit may also be placed for a place in line from any litter. Example: 1st deposit gets pick of the litter, 2nd deposit gets 2nd choice, 3rd deposit gets 3rd choice etc.
· Kittens will be able to go to their adoptive homes at 16 weeks of age (12 wks at the very earliest). Please see this link why we wait.
· Shipping can be provided for an additional fee to cover related expenses.
· We provide a written health guarantee: This states that if your kitten should die within the stated period, as a result of a genetic health defect, we will replace it with another available kitten of equal quality.
· NO CASH REFUNDS
· These kittens are raised as a part of our family and in our hearts they continue to be such even after they are adopted. For this reason, we eagerly look forward to updates and photos when available so that we can share in their continued growth. We are always available to answer any questions pertaining to your new kitten.
· If for any reason the adopter can no longer care for the kitten we ask that the kitten be returned to us so that we may find him/her a suitable new home. NEVER ABANDON THEM TO A SHELTER!
· We DO NOT allow our kittens to be de-clawed. If you do not feel you can clip the kitten's nails or have scratching posts available then we will not be able to sell you a kitten.
· We also DO NOT allow our kittens outside. Cats can live much happier and healthier lives inside. This is even more important with the RagaMuffin breed of cat. Because RagaMuffins have been bred for their docile and puppy-like personalities they simply do not have the survival instincts to survive in the outdoors.
· All buyers must sign a contract agreeing to these terms.
· We reserve the right to decline any person's adoption application at our sole discretion.
